Here is how to find the current instructions for access the Citrix Gateway at home:
1. Launch Internet Explorer (Windows Users) or Safari (Mac Users)
2. Go to https://secure.stvrain.k12.co.us/
3. Login with your email/citrix username and password.
4. Click on one of the instructions links.
If you find the instructions seem to be out-of-date, please let us know. Citrix changes their web page quite often.

I am trying to access my district email and I have no password. I tried to follow the instructions and change my password but when I click where it says "click here to change password" all I get is a blank window and no more direction. I would like to have any email sent to my district email address forwarded to my home email address as I am a bus driver and do not have a computer where I work. My name is John Costello and my email address at home is j.costel@yahoo.com . Could you either set me up with with a password and forward my email to my house or give me precise instructions to do it myself. I am not a computer wiz but if you give me directions I should be able to make it happen. Thanks,John
